Upgrade your custom drug. Choose to add one feature onto your drug, it will sell in game, or have effects, the choice is yours. 

You can either add a feature or increase your sell rate, or have both, a feature + default sell rate. To increase sell rate, you must have default sell rate already.

It will keep the old feature you have on it already, it will stack on top.
